●About Family Area-Only Shuttle Bus
For those coming to Family Anime Festa2017, free shuttle bus service is available from Kokusai-tenjijo sta. to near East Hall 8, Tokyo Big Sight.
*This service is only available for chidlren at the elementary school-age and under and their guardians. Adult-only passengers will not be accepted.
*Please check the venue map for the place of departure.
*Shuttle bus is expected to be busy. Attendees may be asked to come to the venue on foot in case of overcrowding.

If attendees wish to enter AnimeJapan 2017 directly from Family Anime Festa2017, they must join the queue for AJ2017 admission.

[About Family Anime Festa 2017]

What is Family Anime Festa 2017?: Family Anime Festa 2017 is a sister-event of AnimeJapan 2017, hosted by the same organizer. It takes place on March 25 [Sat] – 26 [Sun] 2017 at the East Exhibition Hall 8, open only for family attendees.
Any attendee that is at elementary school age (and under) and their guardians are free to enter.
*For attendees over middle school age to enter AnimeJapan 2017, admission ticket for AnimeJapan 2017 is required.
What kind of programs do Family Anime Festa 2017 offer?: A.We have anime contents that are dedicated for families and kids. Play Corner, Family Food Park,Kids Workshop Corner, Family Stage a lot of fun!
How much is the admission charge?: A.Admission to AnimeJapan 2017 is free for elementary school age children and under, and no admission tickets needed. Their guardians, however, will be charged.
What should I do in case I wish to enter AnimeJapan 2017 after entering Family Anime Festa 2017?: If you are to enter AnimeJapan 2017 after entering Family Anime Festa 2017, please go to the end of the waiting line for the entrance.
Please note, the entrance procedure has been changed from last year.

Are you renting a stroller?: We are sorry but we do not offer that service.
Is there a nursing room and a place change my kid’s diaper?: Yes, Family Anime Festa 2017 has its own setup nursing room and diaper changing space at the restroom near the East Exhibition Hall 8.
